With the 16x optical zoom lens and Full HD video recording capability, the Canon EOS 350D is a compact and easy-to-use interchangeable lens camera. Its bright and high-definition 3-inch LCD screen lets you shoot and view photos and video, as well as review and easily edit them with the many features and the easy-to-use interface. In video, you can easily shoot 2-megapixel still images while recording in VGA (640 x 480) and MP4 video formats.

Innovative Canon EOS 350D Features:

● The EOS 350D offers the same Canon features that users of the EOS 350D / Digital Rebel T1i like, such as a 39.6-megapixel APS-C sized CMOS sensor, a 16x optical zoom lens, and RAW image capture. The camera is also capable of 1.6 fps continuous shooting, Full HD recording with VGA and MP4 formats, and offers 15-stop exposure settings with the Intelligent Exposure feature. Canon’s DIGIC II image-processing engine is capable of up to 9 fps continuous shooting, as well as 12 fps in still shooting. The EOS 350D also shoots Full HD movies for viewing on your computer or uploading to YouTube.

● The new EOS 350D inherits the outstanding design of the EOS 350D/Digital Rebel T1i that includes a 3-inch LCD screen and tilting rear-viewfinder lens. The EOS 350D weighs just 2.6 pounds and measures just 4.3 inches high, 1.5 inches wide, and 0.8 inches thick, making it smaller than the EOS 350D/Digital Rebel T1i.

● The built-in motor drive lets you shoot continuously at 1.6 fps (video mode only), and up to 11 fps (still images only) with Intelligent Auto. The EOS 350D comes with 14 autofocus points (38 in Live View mode), and with the contrast detection AF system, autofocus is reliable and fast. There are also 5 manual focus points, and for extra control, a focusing distance adjustment (0.42m-5.36m) and a depth-of-field scale.

● For taking still images, a touch-screen interface lets you compose and edit your photos with easy-to-use controls. The 2.4-megapixel resolution allows you to edit photos to create the maximum amount of detail. And

Comes with a composing tool for enhancing the pictures
The program comes with an intuitive interface and includes several tabs representative for their role, namely Edit, View, Thumbnails, Preview, Label and Adjustment. Therefore, if you want to make modifications to your pictures, then you can access the Edit image window and proceed to alter the brightness, tone curve, color or crop unwanted elements, just to name a few things.
Then again, if you need to make more advanced editing, you can open the Compositing tool, a function that lets you overlap pictures together. Depending on the result you have in mind, you can choose between various composite methods, namely add, weighted, darken, lighten or average. Moreover, thanks to the HDR option, you can combine three pictures into one for a dramatic effect.
Works well in conjunction with the Canon EOS utility
Functionality-wise, the program is as simple to use as it looks, particularly since you can preview the results of the adjustments you make in real-time. If you feel you need more to enhance the images, then you can consider employing Canon EOS, a tool that provides even more editing functions associated with the camera’s menu settings and lenses.
Nevertheless, the program can be used as is if you are not looking for advanced editing. In addition to the editing and enhancing functions, you can employ the application to label images or learn more details about them, such as the EXIF information. On a side note, while you can preview the metadata, you should know that you need other tools to edit it accordingly.
A great utility for anyone getting started with DSLR photography
In spite of the fact that there numerous post-processing tools for there, Canon Digital Photo Professional constitutes an excellent app for anyone who is just learning the ropes of digital photography.
