The main benefit of this filter is to correct video material shot with a standard or PAL television. When it is downscaled to NTSC, or interlaced to progressive, colour information is lost, making the result look pixelated.
When this filter is applied before downscaling, one can take advantage of the fact that PAL or NTSC colour information is strongly U-V-VVV or U-V-VUV,
while YCbCr colour information (i.e. the main ‘colour’ information) can take any value.
Applying the filter to YCbCr channels will force them to use the same non-linear mapping.
In addition, if all the U and V components are even shifts, then the same pixel is not mapped to more than one colour component, speeding up the
downscaling process.
This improves the quality of the downscaled image, while preserving the colour information.

If the initial shifts are left at the default value of 0, the chrominance information is left unchanged, but the colour information is shifted by an even number of pixels in the V or U direction.
The overall vertical chrominance shift is applied independently of the initial horizontal shift.
The actual initial horizontal shift is obtained by adding the initial horizontal shift to the size of the downscaled chrominance components.
So if the horizontal offset is set to 6, then both the U and V values are shifted left 6 pixels for initial video downscaling, and the chrominance values are reduced in size to compensate.
The actual size of the downscaled chrominance components is obtained by halving the V or U component before downscaling.

ChromaShift Crack+

ChromaShift Cracked Version is the original name for the Avisynth ChromaShift command.
It can be useful for NTSC TV projectors which use CCIR-601 based YUV colourspaces. It can be used to move image from one projector to another without disturbing its timing. It is available in all Avisynth versions.
The current implementation in Avisynth hides a lot of the complexity and therefore is often faster than it appears to be. It does use ShiftRegisters, but they aren’t used in the same way the old ChromaShift command used them.

Installation:
ShiftRegisters are now available in Avisynth versions 3.0, 3.2, and 4.x. They can be found in the ShiftRegisters subdirectory.

Usage:
The CShift command was used to separate the chrominance (C) information from the luminance (Y) information in the input data.

The cutoff values on the input are for example values in the range \[0,255\] to the cutoff value of the filter.

If the output is \[20,50\] the input will be clipped to \[20,10\] and thus the output of the filter would be 10.
The input is filtered as a 3D array, so the first dimension is the input

The red and blue chroma channels are stored separately to the green
channel.
The red and blue components are mapped to the output separately.
The luminance of the input is mapped linearly.
The green channel of the input is floored to black.
The green channel of the input is mapped to an output of the last filter
argument that clips to a linearly mapped area.
The output is floored to black.
The output will be of the same size as the input and the output will
be cleared after the filter is applied.

The  chromaShift (.avi) audio filter shifts the chroma of the incoming audio  (in the YUV colour space), by  even number of pixels. This filter accepts an ‘n’ pixel shift, either vertically or horizontally.

     

           
     

The R channel of the incoming audio signal is only shifted vertically. It is not shifted in the horizontal direction.
When the chromaShift is applied with a shift of ‘+1’ (nextLine), the original audio is duplicated next to itself. The chromaShift with a shift of ‘+1’ combines the audio of the last input line with the first input line, effectively combining the audio.
With a shift of ‘0’ (no shift) the incoming audio is stored in a buffer.
With a shift of ‘-1’ (previousLine) the audio is shifted by ‘-n’ pixels and the audio of the current input line is applied to the already existing buffer, effectively removing the audio of the last input line.
