The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) driving circuit, and more particularly, to a current limiting circuit of an LED driving circuit.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Please refer to FIG. 1. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a prior art LED driving circuit 1 according to the prior art. The LED driving circuit 1 includes a pulse width modulation (PWM) control module 11, a pulse width modulation (PWM) control module 12, a current limiting module 13, and a power supply 14. The PWM control modules 11, 12 may be provided with a positive power source 15, a negative power source 16, and a current source 17. The current source 17 may connect between a ground terminal and the positive power source 15. The current source 17 may pass a current I1 from the ground terminal to the positive power source 15. The positive power source 15 may be provided with a positive power Vdd and a second power source Vss, wherein the second power source Vss may be provided with an unstable negative potential.
The PWM control module 11 may convert a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal into the PWM signal of a first power source Vdd, thereby generating a first source PWM signal. The PWM control module 11 may pass the first source PWM signal through the current limiting module 13 to an LED 18. The current limiting module 13 may pass the first source PWM signal to the LED 18.
