# **Upload Video**

iMovie offers two methods to add a new video file into your project: Import New or Import from iPhone/iPad/iPod.

**1. Import New** An import option can be used to add video clips from your phone or tablet to an iMovie project. With a connected iPhone or iPad, click on the name of the device to start the import. Any video files available on your iOS device will be added to the iMovie library, which will then appear in your projects.

**2. Import from iPhone/

Before you try to use Adobe Photoshop, there are some very important terms to learn, that will help you to work faster and more efficiently in Photoshop. Let’s start with some of the most common terms you will encounter.

Cropping

Most people think they know what Cropping is, and they may have even cut images before they put them into a template. However, that’s not what cropping is. When you want to have a narrower or wider image, cropping does exactly that: it crops out the “unwanted” parts of the image while keeping the parts you want to keep.

The image below is in its original size. That is, everything is in the same proportion to each other, and the same size, except for the white space on the left and right, which is cropped.

However, this is one of the most common mistakes people make when they use Photoshop. If you want to remove the unused section of the image, go to the Image menu and choose Crop. Make sure you’re in the right size ratio. You must keep the original aspect ratio, and if the crop is too big, it won’t work.

The next image is the same one as before, but the crop is too big. Look at the grid on the right and left, and see if any of the grid squares is the same size as the image.

When you crop an image, it should be 9⁄16″ of a square inch, but some images are smaller than that.

Place Crop

If you need to crop a specific area of an image, you will need to place a Crop Mask on it. If you are not very good at using Photoshop, you can use the grid as a guide for placing the Crop Mask. See the figure below for an example.

If you are working with a template, make sure that the area you want to crop is part of that template.

Sometimes, you need to crop more than one image. In that case, you need to put each of the images, one on top of

I think I hear you yammering about the same, after reading the “Vasco Soares Deloureiro” (But I may be wrong, tho), but I agree that any of the Portuguese poets writing today would feel “reading the game.” Not to say that the contemporary Portuguese poet has to read the game, but that there is no separation of high art from popular art in Portugal. After you read Vasco Soares, you have to move on.3rd week of treatment and how are we doing?

We are 3 weeks in (17 weeks total) of PROSCAR-T, so we are at this point in the treatment protocol. We started the first 3-weeks at the pace of the final 3-weeks, but without the 7 day breaks (we move forward one day per week).

Overall, I think this is going to go a lot easier than I originally anticipated. My idea was to go into this three week treatment protocol at a fast, intense pace, and then back off for the next 3 weeks. I’m looking forward to easing in more slowly.

I’m getting a little bored with the videos (I’ll be honest) and am working on writing a blog and a video diary of some of the details, and, of course, pictures, since the tummy shots are not going to last. Today I called the oncologist to see how we’re doing. He sounded very positive (always a good sign, I know, but I always like to get a second opinion). He said the last couple of lab reports were better and showed improvements. He told me that we were above the edge but we were also very close to the edge. He said that he was going to increase the dose this week and that he had a “sweet spot” for the next round. He did say that we were still too low, but we were making progress. I asked him if we would be “in range” next week when the lab checks were all done. He said yes, and that we should be “up there” by then.
