Kuwait returns and exchanges

For IsisPharma orders delivered within Kuwait, request a change-of-mind return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, with seals intact and in their original packaging. Medicines and supplements are excluded from this voluntary change-of-mind service. These conditions do not restrict rights for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, or any mandatory right under applicable law.

International returns

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges for international orders. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Where applicable EU consumer law grants a withdrawal right, notify us within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within 14 days after notification. Statutory exceptions apply, including sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This is not a blanket exclusion for all cosmetics. Other mandatory rights under the law applicable to your purchase remain unaffected.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible through the Contact Us page. Provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available; retain the product, packaging and batch details. Opening a product to discover a defect does not automatically invalidate your claim. We investigate and, for a confirmed issue, normally send a replacement without additional charge. Where replacement is unavailable or the law provides another remedy, we arrange an appropriate refund or other required remedy. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit statutory defect claims. A required return for a confirmed damaged, faulty or incorrect item is at our expense; you do not need to pursue our courier yourself.

Requesting and sending a return

Use the Contact Us page with your order number and the items concerned. We provide return instructions and confirm collection or the appropriate return address. For Kuwait returns, we arrange collection. For an eligible international return, we provide shipping instructions. Please coordinate with us before sending goods so they reach the correct location; this process does not remove a statutory right to withdraw. Our business address is Sama Tower, Floor 9, Amr Bin Al Aas Street, Block 5, Salmiya, Kuwait; use it for a return only after we confirm that it is the correct receiving location.

Return charges and delivery refunds

For a voluntary change-of-mind return within Kuwait, you pay the actual collection or return-delivery cost, disclosed before collection. The original delivery charge is not refunded for these voluntary returns. We charge no restocking fee. For a statutory international withdrawal, you pay direct return-shipping costs where legally permitted and properly disclosed before purchase. Legally required delivery-cost refunds remain payable. Charges arising from a confirmed damaged, faulty or incorrect item are borne by us. We disclose any lawful deduction and its reason before processing a refund.

Refund timing and method

For an approved voluntary return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving and checking the goods. KNET refunds are generally faster; card-provider posting times vary. Contact us if the credit has not appeared within 14 days of our refund confirmation. For an applicable EU withdrawal, reimbursement is due within 14 days of your notice, including standard outbound delivery charges; we may withhold it until receiving the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first, unless we offered collection. Any shorter mandatory deadline takes priority.

Exchanges

Eligible Kuwait exchanges depend on stock availability. We agree any price difference and delivery cost with you before proceeding. Where an exchange cannot be completed, an eligible return is handled under the refund terms above. Contact us through this website’s Contact Us page for assistance.

الإرجاع والاستبدال داخل الكويت

لطلبات IsisPharma المسلّمة داخل الكويت، يُطلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بسبب تغيير الرأي خلال 14 يوماً من التوصيل. يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وغير مفتوحة، بأختام سليمة وفي عبواتها الأصلية. تُستثنى الأدوية والمكمّلات الغذائية من خدمة الإرجاع الاختيارية بسبب تغيير الرأي. لا تقيّد هذه الشروط حقوق المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو غير المطابقة للطلب، ولا أي حق إلزامي يقرره القانون المطبّق.

الإرجاع الدولي

لا نقدّم خدمة إرجاع أو استبدال اختيارية بسبب تغيير الرأي للطلبات الدولية. تظل حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية سارية. عندما يمنح قانون حماية المستهلك الأوروبي المطبّق حق العدول، يرجى إخطارنا خلال 14 يوماً من التوصيل وإعادة المنتجات خلال 14 يوماً من الإخطار. تسري الاستثناءات القانونية، ومنها السلع المختومة غير الملائمة للإرجاع لأسباب حماية الصحة أو النظافة بعد فتح ختمها. ولا يُعد ذلك استثناءً شاملاً لجميع مستحضرات التجميل. تبقى الحقوق الإلزامية الأخرى بموجب القانون المطبّق على الشراء محفوظة.

المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو غير المطابقة

يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت معقول عبر صفحة «اتصل بنا»، مع رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة والصور عند توافرها، والاحتفاظ بالمنتج والتغليف وبيانات التشغيلة. فتح المنتج لاكتشاف عيب لا يُبطل المطالبة تلقائياً. نتحقق من المشكلة، وعند ثبوتها نرسل عادةً منتجاً بديلاً دون رسوم إضافية. عند تعذّر الاستبدال أو استحقاق معالجة أخرى قانوناً، نرتّب استرداداً مناسباً للمبلغ أو المعالجة المطلوبة. مهلة تغيير الرأي البالغة 14 يوماً لا تحدّ مطالبات العيوب القانونية. نتحمّل تكلفة الإرجاع المطلوب لمنتج ثبت تلفه أو عيبه أو عدم مطابقته للطلب؛ ولا يلزم العميل بمطالبة شركة الشحن بنفسه.

يرجى استخدام صفحة «اتصل بنا» مع رقم الطلب والمنتجات المعنية. نقدّم تعليمات الإرجاع ونؤكد ترتيبات الاستلام أو عنوان الإرجاع المناسب. نرتّب استلام المرتجعات داخل الكويت، ونقدّم تعليمات الشحن للإرجاع الدولي المستحق. يرجى التنسيق معنا قبل الإرسال لضمان وصول المنتجات إلى الموقع الصحيح؛ ولا يلغي هذا الإجراء حق العدول القانوني. عنوان العمل: الكويت، السالمية، قطعة 5، شارع عمرو بن العاص، برج سما، الدور التاسع. يُستخدم للإرجاع فقط بعد تأكيدنا أنه موقع الاستلام الصحيح.

تكاليف الإرجاع واسترداد رسوم التوصيل

في الإرجاع الاختياري بسبب تغيير الرأي داخل الكويت، يتحمّل العميل التكلفة الفعلية للاستلام أو شحن المرتجع، والتي نوضّحها قبل الاستلام. لا تُسترد رسوم التوصيل الأصلية في هذه المرتجعات الاختيارية. لا نفرض رسوم إعادة تخزين. في العدول الدولي المقرر قانوناً، يتحمّل العميل تكلفة شحن المرتجع المباشرة عندما يسمح القانون بذلك وتكون قد أُفصح عنها قبل الشراء. تظل رسوم التوصيل واجبة الاسترداد متى أوجب القانون ذلك. نتحمّل التكاليف الناتجة عن ثبوت تلف المنتج أو عيبه أو عدم مطابقته للطلب. نوضّح أي خصم مشروع وسببه قبل تنفيذ الاسترداد.

مدة الاسترداد وطريقته

للإرجاع الاختياري المقبول، ننفّذ الاسترداد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 يوماً تقويمياً كحد أقصى من استلام المنتجات وفحصها. تكون عمليات كي نت أسرع عموماً، وتختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ لدى مزوّدي البطاقات. يرجى التواصل معنا إذا لم يظهر المبلغ خلال 14 يوماً من تأكيدنا تنفيذ الاسترداد. في العدول الأوروبي المنطبق، يستحق رد المبلغ خلال 14 يوماً من إخطاركم، مع رسوم التوصيل الأصلي القياسي؛ ويجوز تعليق الرد حتى استلام المنتجات أو إثبات إرسالها، أيهما أسبق، إلا إذا عرضنا استلامها بأنفسنا. تسود أي مهلة إلزامية أقصر.

الاستبدال
