Welcome to IsisPharma. These terms apply to purchases from this online store and your use of its website. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal seller operating this store, identified on your order invoice. Your purchase is with that seller, separately from the operators of other brand stores. Our business address is Sama Tower, Floor 9, Amr Bin Al Aas Street, Block 5, Salmiya, Kuwait. Orders and accurate information

Provide complete and accurate contact, delivery and payment details, and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Orders are subject to stock availability and payment approval. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch. Where an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we contact you and refund any amount paid for the cancelled items. We do not substitute products or charge a corrected price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Our main selling currency is KWD. The checkout displays the transaction currency, product prices, delivery charges and any taxes collected by the store before payment. Your bank or payment provider might apply its own conversion rate or fees. For Kuwait orders, we accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay, including Apple Pay express checkout, where displayed and supported at checkout. International orders support the same methods except KNET. Availability depends on your location, device and payment provider.

Changes and cancellations

For Kuwait orders, contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We action requests before dispatch wherever possible. After dispatch, address corrections are handled under our Shipping Policy and product returns under our Returns & Refunds Policy. International order changes and cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Contact customer support to check the order status; sending a request alone does not confirm cancellation. An agreed cancellation before dispatch receives a refund of the cancelled order amount, including delivery charges where the entire order is cancelled. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Products and authenticity

We sell genuine products. Read the product description, ingredients, directions and warnings before purchase and use. Follow the instructions on the packaging. Website content does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Product results vary between individuals. We offer no additional commercial warranty unless expressly stated with a product; this does not limit legal rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and clearance charges not collected at checkout. Restrictions on voluntary returns do not remove mandatory cancellation, refund or defective-goods rights.

Website use and privacy

Do not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation or copy protected content without permission or a lawful basis. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Product and brand names, images and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Responsibility, applicable law and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Kuwait law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available under applicable law in their country of residence. Contact us first to seek a resolution of any complaint. Updates apply prospectively; an existing order remains subject to the terms accepted when it was placed, except where a change is required by law.

الطلبات وصحة البيانات

يرجى تقديم بيانات اتصال وتوصيل ودفع كاملة وصحيحة، واستخدام وسيلة دفع مخوّل لكم استخدامها. تخضع الطلبات لتوافر المخزون والموافقة على الدفع. يؤكد الإشعار الآلي استلام طلبكم، ويتم قبول الطلب عند تأكيد شحنه. عند عدم توافر منتج أو تعذّر تنفيذ الطلب، نتواصل معكم ونعيد المبالغ المدفوعة عن المنتجات الملغاة. لا نستبدل المنتجات ولا نحصّل سعراً معدّلاً دون موافقتكم.

الأسعار والدفع

عملة البيع الرئيسية هي الدينار الكويتي (KWD). تظهر عملة المعاملة وأسعار المنتجات ورسوم التوصيل وأي ضرائب يحصّلها المتجر عند إتمام الشراء وقبل الدفع. قد يطبّق البنك أو مزوّد الدفع سعر تحويل أو رسوماً خاصة به. لطلبات الكويت، نقبل كي نت وVisa وMastercard وAmerican Express وGoogle Pay وApple Pay، بما فيها الدفع السريع عبر Apple Pay، عندما تكون ظاهرة ومدعومة عند إتمام الشراء. تتوافر الوسائل نفسها للطلبات الدولية باستثناء كي نت. يتوقف توافر كل وسيلة على موقعكم وجهازكم ومزوّد الدفع.

تعديل الطلبات وإلغاؤها

لطلبات الكويت، يرجى التواصل معنا سريعاً لطلب التعديل أو الإلغاء. ننفّذ الطلبات قبل الشحن متى أمكن. بعد الشحن، تخضع تصحيحات العنوان لسياسة الشحن، وإرجاع المنتجات لسياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ. يجب طلب تعديل الطلبات الدولية أو إلغائها قبل الشحن. يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء للتحقق من حالة الطلب؛ إرسال الطلب وحده لا يؤكد الإلغاء. عند الاتفاق على الإلغاء قبل الشحن، نعيد مبلغ الطلب الملغى، بما فيه رسوم التوصيل عند إلغاء الطلب بالكامل. لا يمس ذلك حقوق الإلغاء المقررة قانوناً.

المنتجات وأصالتها

نبيع منتجات أصلية. يرجى قراءة وصف المنتج ومكوّناته وتعليماته وتحذيراته قبل الشراء والاستخدام، واتباع الإرشادات الواردة على العبوة. محتوى الموقع لا يغني عن استشارة مختص صحي مؤهل. تختلف نتائج المنتجات من شخص لآخر. لا نقدّم ضماناً تجارياً إضافياً إلا عند النص عليه صراحةً مع المنتج؛ ولا يحد ذلك من الحقوق القانونية المتعلقة بالمنتجات المعيبة أو غير الآمنة أو غير المطابقة للوصف.

التوصيل والإرجاع

تشكّل سياسة الشحن وسياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ جزءاً من هذه الشروط. يتحمّل عملاء الطلبات الدولية الرسوم الجمركية وضرائب الاستيراد ورسوم التخليص المطبّقة التي لم تُحصّل عند إتمام الشراء. القيود على الإرجاع الاختياري لا تلغي الحقوق الإلزامية في الإلغاء أو استرداد المبالغ أو معالجة عيوب المنتجات.

استخدام الموقع والخصوصية

يُحظر استخدام الموقع لأغراض غير قانونية أو احتيالية، أو تعطيل تشغيله، أو نسخ محتوى محمي دون إذن أو مسوّغ قانوني. تُعالج البيانات الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية. تبقى أسماء المنتجات والعلامات والصور وغيرها من المواد المحمية ملكاً لأصحاب الحقوق المعنيين.

المسؤولية والقانون المطبّق والتحديثات

لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أو تحدّ أي مسؤولية لا يجوز قانوناً استبعادها أو تقييدها. تخضع هذه الشروط لقانون الكويت، دون حرمان المستهلك من الحماية الإلزامية أو حقوق التقاضي المقررة بموجب القانون المطبّق في بلد إقامته. يرجى التواصل معنا أولاً للسعي إلى تسوية أي شكوى. تسري التحديثات على المعاملات اللاحقة؛ وتبقى الطلبات القائمة خاضعة للشروط المقبولة وقت تقديمها، إلا عندما يفرض القانون تغييراً.
